As a teacher and/or dancer, your body could stand a bit of TLC.  The SAFE® FLOOR spine workout creates more freedom in the joints and muscle flexibility.  The slow spiral movements are anti-inflammatory and reaches the fasciae thereby releasing the stress that hinders movement flow.  Developed by Alexandre Munz, former principal soloist with Berlin Opera Ballet, in collaboration with scientists, this is a perfect technique for relaxation, chronic injuries, and a series of exercises for your students to increase their body awareness and mobility.
