Mark DeGarmo Dance will present its annual Salon Performance Series 2019 on Thursdays February 14, March 7, April 4, May 2, and June 6 at 7pm in Mark DeGarmo Dance Studio 310 at the Clemente Soto Vélez Cultural and Educational Center at 107 Suffolk Street, Lower East Side, NYC. The event is open to the public with three ticket tiers, based on a non-exclusionary ticketing policy for self-identified need. Seating is limited.

 

MDD's Salon Performance Series, founded in 2010, celebrates its 9th season. The Salon Performance Series is a unique opportunity to view and engage with original performing arts and dance works-in-progress of DeGarmo and colleagues. Its facilitated audience response approach is a unique way for the public to actively participate in the creation of new work.

 

This year's 5 salons will feature presentations of diverse transcultural transdisciplinary works in-progress representing a wide range of creative artistry by New York artists.*
