VashtiDance Theater and Alston Logan Arts Alliance are presenting a Kwanzaa event December 29, 2017 from 2-6pm and are seeking Culural Dance Performances for this event. Performances should be 5-7 minutes in length and fit the theme of Kwanzaa with empahsis of African and African Diaspric Presentations. Live music and audience interaction are encouraged.

There is a modest honoraium for your performance, as well as photo and video of your performance. To submit your proposal please email us at f.logan@vashtidancetheater.com with a link to a work sample-preferably the one you will present, and a description of your piece including how you will embrace the theme of Kwanzaa-cultural African-American holiday celebrating Nguzo Saba.

There is a $20 application fee that can be paid through our paypal account at www.vashtidancetheater.com. Submission deadline is December 1, 2017. There will be a technical rehearsal the week of December 17, 2017.
