We are thrilled to announce the second edition of our dance workshop, THE ART OF DUNCAN & DELSARTE, taking place in Athens, Greece, from March 31 to April 12, 2025.

This transformative program invites participants to delve into the groundbreaking artistry of Isadora Duncan, a trailblazer in modern dance whose approach celebrates natural movement inspired by breath, spirit, and connection to nature. In addition, the workshop explores François Delsarte's System of Expression, a foundational methodology for performing artists, unlocking the essence of human expression through the detailed study of natural movement.

Hosted at the historic Isadora and Raymond Duncan Dance Research Center in Athens—a hub dedicated to preserving the legacy of the Duncan family—this immersive workshop offers a unique opportunity to study in a venue rich with history and creative energy.

Open to participants of all levels, including adults and young adults, the program focuses on fostering the free flow of energy throughout the body, seamlessly blending motion and emotion. Through dedicated exercises and practices passed down through generations of Duncan dancers, participants will gain both physical and intellectual insights into the roots of contemporary dance and theater.

The workshop will culminate in a student performance on April 12, 2025, at 19h30, featuring collaborative works with the Dances We Dance Performing Ensemble and students from the Duncan Center.
