The Sleeping Beauty: Russian National Ballet

Sleeping Beauty

The crown jewel of famed choreographer Marius Petipa's career, Sleeping Beauty tells the magical story of a beautiful, sleeping princess who awaits the kiss of her prince. Brought to vibrant life by one of Moscow's finest ballet companies, under the artistic direction of former Bolshoi principal dancer Elena Radchenko, this production’s luminous costumes and elaborate sets complement the graceful movements of these gifted Russian dancers, resulting in a sublime performance.

“The Russian National Ballet is a cut above many of its rivals,” says The Washington Post. “This is the real thing.”
