The mission of The Study Series is to provide choreographers with an opportunity to showcase choreographic studies based on a selected theme in a low-pressure environment. Our goal is to inspire artists to continue developing and expanding their creative process, compositional skills, and choreographic craft without the need to present a finished work.

We also aim to create an accessible space for dancers to network, collaborate with new choreographers, and offer audiences a new perspective on the work of a dance artist.

This December, we're excited to welcome Guest Artists Laura Behm and Caroline Voultepsis, alongside returning Guest Artist Shelby Green. We are also honored to present Louise Coleman's final work as inaugural Fall Resident Artist for The Study Series.
