The Valentina Kozlova International Ballet Competition, celebrating its 13th year, returns to the Kaye Playhouse with 200+ classical ballet and contemporary dancers from around the world, from Poland to Brazil.  The exceptional talents will dance for scholarships and contracts with academies and companies in the U.S. and abroad.  Charles Jude, former etoile of the Paris Opera Ballet, returns as President of both the classical ballet and contemporary dance juries, presiding over a stellar dance panel.  Rounds take place April 8, 9 & 11, beginning at 2 PM.   Wednesday April 10 will be a special full evening performance by K'Arts of Seoul, Korea, dancing excepts from ballet classics as well as original works.  Friday April 12 begins at 7 PM with a Gala Performance of medalists, guests, and Valentina Kozlova, who celebrates 45 years of a career in the U.S. and abroad.  The performance will be followed by announcement of the 2024 medalists.  For more information and daily schedules, please visit www.vkibc.org
