Chen Dance Center presents newsteps, its semi-annual emerging choreographer's series.   Selected through an open audition, the January choreographers are Hannah Garner, Gina Montalto, Takeshi Ohashi, Laura Henry, Ayaka Kamei.  Each receives a stipend, a rehearsal space grant, and three public performances at the Chen Dance Center.
