Sorry I Missed Your Show: One-Shot Season 1 (Pilot) at Gibney Dance Center

Sorry I Missed Your Show! was jointly developed by Gibney Dance Center and Dance/NYC as a "second chance" to view works by both emerging and established choreographers, as well as a forum for artists and their audiences to revisit them from fresh perspectives. One-Shot is a web-based, solo performance relay curated and produced by Sarah Maxfield, in cooperation with Gibney Dance Center. As One-Shot prepares for its second season, we will be revisiting works from the pilot year of the series. This screening will feature works by Megan Sprenger, David Thomson, Aretha Aoki, Jillian Sweeney, Rene Archibald, Arturo Vidich, Sahar Javedani, Milka Djordjevich, Juliana May, Sheila Lewandowski, and Enrico Wey.

Aline Pilates Mat Teacher Training: Summer Intensive & Comprehensive Certification Program Aline is offering Teacher Training this summer! Whether you want to deepen your practice or begin the path toward teaching, this program offers a focused, immersive experience in the foundations of the classical Pilates method. Aline will be accepting a small, intimate group to ensure personalized guidance and support throughout the training. Schedule (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) • June 20–21 — Beginner Mat • July 25–26 — Intermediate Mat Location: 236 Carroll Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231 Investment: $450 per weekend You do not need to commit to both weekends—you are welcome to choose the session that best fits your goals.
