Amalgamate Dance Company - Summer Workshop Scholarship Opportunity

 

Amalgamate Dance Company offers The Joseph & Patricia Rodriguez Scholarship – 1 Scholarship valued at $135 - to a dancer of the Puerto Rican Demographic. 

This scholarship is used in order to attend our 3 day summer workshop Aug 1-3 which features 7 stellar Artists including: Caroline Fermin of GALLIM DANCE, Sidra Bell of SDBNY, Heather N. Seagraves of Senior Teacher/Trainer at YOGAWORKS, Douglas Gillespie of KATE WEARE COMPANY,  Lauren Slone of MAP FUND and EMPTY NAVE PROJECTS, Jessica Taylor of DAMAGEDANCE and Alana Urda of AMALGAMATE DANCE COMPANY. 

*Deadline to apply: Extended through July 25*

HOW TO APPLY –  Please write a short essay answering the following question: What is my current financial situation and why is this sponsorship important to my growth as a dancer? Please confirm within the essay you are of the Puerto Rican Demographic.
