I'm a local photographer looking to do a personal project about dance and movment, to capture the feeling of freedom and artistry dance evokes, and to do so in a way that feels timeless. The Gibney dance studio at 890 Broadway is where I'd like to shoot, there's a corner studio with big windows which frame the 30's architecture of that portion of Broadway and the light in that studio is beautiful. I don't have much of a budget but could possibly pay a small amount maybe 30-50 dollars for an hour of time and of course you would have access to all of the imagery to use for your own promotional purposes.
