Male Contemporary Dancers: Music Video

Seeking male contemporary dancers for Brown Rice, a music video by Grind Arts Co with music by Natti Vogel, directed and choreographed by Eamon Foley.

We are looking for interesting men of all ethnicities and body-types. Must be exquisite movers who can capture sensuality, risk, and switch between masculine and feminine movement qualities.

The piece explores gay loneliness in a culture obsessed with bodily perfection. The scenes that dancers are being considered for take place within a gym and sauna, and will be filmed in a one-night shoot, beginning the evening of Friday, Jan 26th. There will be a short rehearsal process (1 or 2 days) the week prior depending on dancer availability.

Auditions will take place Tuesday, Jan 16th at 4pm at Mark Morris Dance Center; 3 Layayette Ave, Brooklyn, Studio C.

For an appointment, email headshot, resume, and dance reel to eamon@grindarts.com

or sign up at the audition beginning at 3:30pm on Jan 16th.
