We are looking for Flywheel Instructors to join our team.

We're challenging. We're intensely fun. We're not like anyone else. Our boundary-breaking, performance-focused classes have an 8-year track record of results, and we’re looking for individuals who are passionate about working hard, playing hard, and crushing it. In fitness and in life. A Flywheel Instructor delivers our signature high intensity interval-based cycling class experience, and will train over several weeks to successfully command our 45+ people stadiums.

Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Teach up to 11 classes/week

Participate in local community and marketing events for Fly

Be a Brand Ambassador

Maintain a strong and active social media presence

At least (12) hours of availability during Fly’s business hours

Qualifications:

Passionate, positive and hard-working individual with a love for health and fitness

Strong Interpersonal communication and inspiring leadership skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Team player with a positive attitude

Ability to lead with confidence

Ability to count to the music and distinguish beats

Previous experience in fitness preferred
