At Y7 we do things differently. We give people 60 minutes of intensity combined with heat and strength complemented by deep breathing and a calming of the mind. Our goal is to provide people with the best hour of their day, leaving them feeling strong, clear and ready to take on whatever the city has in store for them. Are you an NYC based yoga teacher? Qualifications: 

You...Are

-200 hour yoga alliance teacher training certified

-Have minimum 1 year teaching experience

-Have experienced at least 5 Y7 classes

-Are passionate about hip hop music + integrating music & yoga

-Can teach 5+ classes per week

-Are open and receptive to feedback and mentorship
