I'm looking to form a collaborative dance company/group that focuses on creating work and performing in the modern and contemporary dance genre. 

Ideally, the members would rehearse once per week, each member would be encouraged to contribute a piece of choreography, and the group would perform in dance festivals in and around NYC. 

The pieces created by this group/company can be live performances, dance films, site-specific works, etc. 

This group/company would be a fun, collaborative, and kind environment where the members can get together, create dance, and have fun. It would also be ideal to be able to rehearse in Queens (Astoria/LIC), but I am open to other locations as well. Also, weekday evening rehearsal times are preferred.
