Steps on Broadway, the internationally-recognized dance training center located on the Upper West Side, is searching for a skilled and self-motivated candidate to manage its work study program, including recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling students. Candidates should have strong supervisory skills, good decision-making and assessment skills, good coaching/training skills, excellent customer service skills, be detailed-oriented, and have a passion for dance.
