3 DAYS LEFT TO APPLY Moving Forward CREATE Photography Residency

Moving Forward is looking to provide a young photographer the chance to practice photographing movement in a dance class setting. The chosen applicant will not get a '“photoshoot" but will be photographing all classes throughout the weekend!

WHO:
YOU SHOULD APPLY IF…
You have some experience photographing dance and are confident in your ability to capture 30+ images a day
You would describe yourself as responsible, creative, and a great team member
You are looking to foster connection and support the environment of creativity
You must be 17-25 years old and available to photograph on-site both days of the workshop, May 13 + 14

JOB DETAILS:
No application fee
In exchange for your time you will receive an honorarium of $200
All images are expected shared one week following the workshop. There is no expectation for final images to be edited or pre-selected.
No transportation, room and board, or equipment will be provided.
The application opens on February 15 and closes on March 18. We will notify you by April 2 if you are selected for this position!

EVENT DETAILS:
This unique compositional workshop focuses on giving artists the space, knowledge, and training to hone their creative voices. Dancemakers will explore choreographic tools through classes led by three established choreographers in the field.

Where: Center for Performance Research
Who: Artists ages 15 and up
10 am-5 pm both days with a one hour lunch break
