"From the Inside" is an open level, donation-based Contemporary dance class which embraces a somatic approach to movement. This class is meant for dancers who haven't danced in a while, or just want to take class in a low-stakes, supportive environment. Come hang with us! If you want a peek at what class looks like, I post about it often on my IG story @nikkiandthenoise and there's a "Class" highlight with lots of clips from it. Offering this class has been such an amazing experience and I'd love for it to continue to reach new people!
