A Ramp to Paradise is a vibrant dance narrative honoring the legacy of Paradise Garage—the iconic underground Black gay dance club that revolutionized music and nightlife from 1977 to 1987. Premiering during Pride Month, this powerful production brings together four dynamic choreographers and 14 dancers to celebrate a revolutionary space that was more than a club—it was a sanctuary, a cultural force, and a movement. Performances take place June 27–28, 2025, at the Ailey Citigroup Theater, with an afterparty following the June 28 performance featuring DJs Fred Pierce and Frankie Paradise.
