W?hat the day will include:

- Contemporary Class will be taught by Artistic Director Alyssa Myers, focusing on improvisation, phrase work, and potential partnering.

- Repertoire Class with Rehearsal Director Aurora Vaughan featuring excerpt(s) from (A)DC's upcoming premiere of Absent of... at The Mark O'Donnell Theater in November 2025.

- Professional/Leadership Development Discussion on Don't Believe Everything You Think by Joseph Nguyen. How do we pursue meaningful goals without being driven by urgency, fear, or scarcity? Drawing from Chapter 9, this hour-long discussion explores the subtle but powerful shift from striving out of desperation to creating from inspiration.

Through conversation and collective inquiry, we’ll examine how this mindset can reshape our artistic practices, leadership, and ways of moving through the world. This is a space for reflection, exchange, and expanding how we think about ambition and impact.
