Mason Lee Dance Theater (MLDT) is seeking dancers for its 2025-26 Performance Season. MLDT is dance theater company that focuses on storytelling, artists’ experience, and audience engagement. We strive to create intriguing and layered stories, movement, and sound to further push the art forms of dance and theater. 

We are looking for dancers who are proficient in various styles, especially ballet and contemporary. The company works 1-2 days a week, typically Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3 - 4 hours per rehearsal. Pay is $17.28/hr. Female/femme presenting dancers must be able to do pointe. Along with rehearsals, dancers are also expected to help with events and programs MLDT has, including the AMPLIFY Series and COMMUNITY DAYZ!
