A small, youth-focused mentorship dance company is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable after-school dance mentor/instructor to lead engaging classes for young dancers.

Candidates must:

Have experience teaching children ages 6–12, including beginners with little to no dance background.

Be able to create fun, structured, and developmentally appropriate classes in Jazz/Contemporary and Hip Hop.

Be comfortable choreographing routines for showcases and special performances.

Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, consistency, and flexibility.

Be available weekday afternoons 3:00–5:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays (potential for additional days)

There is also opportunity for substitute assignments. If you are interested in subbing, please specify this in your interest letter.

After-school classes take place on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Additional details will be discussed with candidates selected for an interview.
