Finleigh Zack Dance (FZD) is seeking individuals to join our Board as we enter an new period of growth and structural development.

FZD is a NYC and London based dance organisation rooted in movement, meet-ups, and mentorship, using dance as a tool to explore mental health, mindfulness, and collective experience. As we transition into our next phase, we are building a Board that can support our artistic vision while strengthening our sustainability and reach.

We are particularly interested in individuals with experience or insight in:

-Arts governance and charity leadership

-Finance, fundraising, or grant strategy

-Producing, touring, or international development

-Community engagement, wellbeing, or mental health advocacy

-Marketing, communications, or audience development

 

We welcome board members who are:

-Passionate about contemporary dance and socially engaged practice

-Excited to support an artist-led organisation 

-Thoughtful, collaborative, and committed to care-led leadership

-Aligned with our values of accessibility, reflection, and community

 

This is a voluntary role, with a commitment of approximately 4 meetings per year, alongside occasional strategic support. We are especially keen to hear from people whose lived experience is often underrepresented in arts leadership.
