Marie-Christine Giordano Dance is seeking diverse dancers with a strong technical foundation and interest in a consistent, process-based company practice.

Our Thursday class is the primary way dancers enter and integrate into the company’s work. Dancers engage in a shared physical language developed over time through regular practice and attention to detail. A period of apprenticeship is part of this process.
This ongoing class practice leads to future rehearsal and performance opportunities for dancers who are a strong artistic fit.

Audition Period

We are seeing small groups of dancers in our Thursday class from January 8 through February 12.

Callback

Six dancers will be invited to continue working on a short creation, meeting
Thursdays, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM, February 19–March 19, leading to an Open Studio showing on Sunday, March 22 (5–7 PM).
Applicants should be available in NYC during this period.

Please email a video link demonstrating your ballet and modern/contemporary technique.
Selected dancers will receive a confirmation to RSVP their spot.Because space is limited, only applications that complete the RSVP with a suggested $15 donation will be scheduled into the Thursday class.
