Eryc Taylor Dance is hiring an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and help us connect with our audience in meaningful ways.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms 
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (text, images, and video)
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize campaigns
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams on campaigns, branding, and project promotion

 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with analytics and scheduling tools 
- Creative mindset with attention to detail

- Experience working with dance organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with paid social advertising
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
