ETD Outreach is seeking engaging dance instructors to lead movement workshops beginning May 2026. We are especially interested in teaching artists who bring a social, community-centered approach to dance and can create an inclusive, welcoming environment for all participants.

Ideal candidates teach in social styles like but not limited to Hip Hop, Dancehall, Latin dance, and Creative Movement, and are passionate about working with diverse communities. Instructors should feel confident facilitating workshops for adults in supportive housing, including individuals impacted by substance use, mental health diagnoses, homelessness and other underserved populations.

Workshops take place across the Bronx and Harlem, so candidates must be able to travel reliably within these areas.

We are looking for artists who are not only skilled movers, but also strong facilitators, adaptable, personable, and able to meet participants where they are. Multilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
