Day 1 · March 24, 2027: ARRIVE
-Arrival at Lisbon Airport (LIS)
-Private arrival and 1:1 session with Melinda to discuss your creative life, what needs to shift this week.
-Space to land, reset your nervous system, and transition out of survival mode.

Day 2 · March 25, 2027: EXPLORE
-Breakfast at accommodation
-Guided hike designed to redefine your current patterns and create space for a new perspective.
-Movement session focused on defining your why and identifying what’s been interrupting your current patterns.

Day 3 · March 26, 2027: BUILD
-Breakfast at accommodation
-Explore how strong structures are built through visiting The Palace of Sintra, and apply that directly to your career, routines, and creative decisions.
-Movement + integration session focused on building systems that actually support your work long-term.

Day 4 · March 27, 2027: CAPTURE
-Breakfast at accommodation
-Professionally filmed and photographed session to capture your work, presence, and evolution during the week. -Leave with high-quality content that reflects you at your most aligned.
-Closing dinner to mark the shift and solidify connections.

Day 5 · March 28, 2027: DEPART
-Breakfast at accommodation
-Final reflection + integration session to lock in what changes moving forward. You leave with clarity, direction, and a structure to sustain it.
