Dancer Wellness Series, Part 2: Lower Extremity (LE) Impact & Injury Prevention for Dancers
Entertainment Community Fund This session will break down the biomechanics of landing from jumps and the impact of dance shoes on the foot and ankle. We will review how dancers should use their feet, ankles, and knees as a coordinated system for shock absorption.
